
Recreational fires are allowed only at the fire ring. Barbecue grills are available, and people may bring their own grill for outdoor cooking. Glass beverage containers are not allowed. The possession and consumption of non-intoxicating and intoxicating malt liquor (containing not more than 5.5% alcohol by weight) is permitted from 8:00 a.m. Please call the Park Permit Office at 65 for more information or to make a reservation. Proposals are due by 4pm on February 3, 2023. The City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, through its Department of Parks and Recreation, is seeking a qualified management partner for Highland Park Pool House. The Friends of Highland Arts and Highland District Council are currently working with Saint Paul Parks and Recreation to help guide the future of this building. Originally built in 1936 by the Works Progress Administration, the pool house is located on the Highland Park Disc Golf Course on the corner of Montreal Ave. For more information visit the Highland Park Aquatic Center website.

Highland Park Aquatic Center offers a two-story water slide, lap swim pool, children's splash pad, diving boards, aquatic climbing wall, party rentals, concessions, swimming lessons and more.
